 We are the fresh blood of this team, kindly remind you that we are the persons who answer most of your queries (you will find out eventually how lazy those gentleen are, they do not have patience for sitting in front of the computer for a whole day).
We are the person who follow up all the procedure after you have made a booking! We will reserve your hotel accommodations, issue your airline tickets, prepare your tour confirmation voucher, send you the contact list of our different offices in China, stand by and receive your emergent telephone call on early Sunday Morning ( We really hate these calls!), and deliver a birthday cake or fruit basket to your hotel room (till now no one leave a tip to us for doing that, because you are on the sightseeiing coach when we arrange all this)...

Just wanted to tell you that we enjoyed the trip very much. It was organized very well, went very smoothly, and was delivered as promised. Jenny was an excellent guide. Her English is excellent, and so is her knowledge of the area, and of much information about all aspects of what we saw. We asked a lot of questions,and always got detailed and interesting answers. She was also very professional and thorough in leading us through the many sites and experiences of the trip, and fun to be with..
